Norwich Cupcake Emergency
Nicola had ordered cupcakes from a company in Norwich but was let down at the last minute so we stepped in to ensure that Nicola's sister's Birthday wasn't spoiled. Nicola said;
"I just wanted to say a big thank you for my sisters cupcakes, they looked fantastic and tasted delicious. We certainly were not disappointed. I will certainly be using you again. Nut Free Cupcakes - from Cupcakes To Your Door Norfolk
An old friend asked me to make cupcakes for her wedding but they needed to be nut-free as there were a lot of guests with nut allergies. Unfortunately the health & safety rules mean that unless I have a separate kitchen I cannot claim that what I cook is nut-free or even gluten-free but fortunately my good customers know that my methods are good and therefore when I cook nut free cakes or gluten free cakes there is no risk of any contamination. Sadly I cannot claim my cakes are nut or gluten free without having a separate kitchen but my loyal customers know my attention to detail! Anyway this is what Caroline said about her nut free cupcakes;

The cup cakes were fantastic and adored by everyone!

Our first newsletter went out this week. It has news of our products, any current offers and discounts plus details of where the cupcakes are appearing in Norfolk and Suffolk. We also included a great lemon curd recipe. A recipe will feature in each newsletter and newsletters will be sent out once or twice a month.

Making People Smile - Why I love This Cupcake Business
Recently we have had 2 last minute requests and they were a pleasure to fulfil. Late one night my Blackberry buzzed and there was an order from Rotterdam for a birthday cake to be delivered to a young man in Great Yarmouth the next day. It was his birthday in a new place and his friends worried he might feel forgotten. Despite the lack of notice we got a big yummy cake to him and the look on his face was wonderful.
And the other evening we again had a last minute order this time from Scotland for a gift box of 6 cupcakes to be delivered. This gift was for their Nana's birthday. I delivered the cakes and asked whether she knew (her grandchildren's names) in Scotland, handed her the cakes and wished her a happy birthday - I have never seen someone's face light up so much! It was an absolute pleasure to be part of making her birthday a special day and I received a lovely thank you the next day.

The Cupcake Cake "My daughter loved the cake,.....
My daughter loved the cake, as did everybody at the party! Even on the hottest day this year it stood up well to the heat. Everybody commented on what a great idea it was, something a bit different and the cake was delicious.
Thank you for the extra cupcake, and for all your help, I would definitely recommend you to others and hope to get some cup cakes from you again soon! (I just need an excuse!!).
