Cupcakes Cooked With Gluten Free Flour
We now have cupcakes cooked with gluten free / wheat free flour but cannot guarantee them gluten free see BUY CUPCAKES COOKED WITH GLUTEN FREE FLOUR ONLINE. In our cupcakes we use Doves Farm white self-raising flour. This flour produces a more substantial cake texture than wheat flour and requires much more liquid in the mixture, however after a lot of experimentation I feel we have a moist cake that lasts very well.

When cooking our wheat free cupcakes we ensure that no wheat products are present and we can if requested, use only chocolate decorations and sprinkles to ensure that they are totally wheat free although some of our customers are able to tolerate the very small amounts of wheat starch used in some sprinkles. Do let us know with regard to this when ordering.
